PlayStation and Reebok have released a collection of trainers to mark the launch of the Japanese company's first console. The new models will go on sale in October.
The new joint collection includes three models, each symbolising the region where the original PlayStation was launched:
- InstaPump Fury 94 — dedicated to the release in Japan.
- Pump Omni Zone II — refers to the launch in the United States.
- Workout Plus — reminiscent of the premiere in the UK.
All pairs are designed in the recognisable style of the first PlayStation: classic grey colour, bright accents in the signature shades of the gamepad buttons and unique packaging styled after the 1994 console.
Release dates:
- Workout Plus — 15 October (END., UK)
- Pump Omni Zone II — 17 October (Concepts, US)
- InstaPump Fury 94 — 24 October (Beams, Japan)
The pairs will be available in very limited quantities and only in local markets. It will be almost impossible to purchase them outside of the specified countries. The approximate cost of the collection will be around $200, depending on the region.
