A new character has been added to Dota 2 and patch 7.40 has been introduced. The developers have redesigned neutral items and a number of hero upgrade branches.
On 16 December, the game received an update and a new character – the frog bard Largo. This is a melee character specialising in immobilisation, tanking and support.
Character skills:
1. Attracts opponents/allies. Enemies take damage and receive a basic dispel (slowing movement), while allies receive increased health regeneration and dispel negative effects.
2. The character throws mines that stun enemies within the skill's area of effect.
3. Buff with reduced cooldown and mana cost of ally skills. Damage from the used skill becomes periodic.
4. Ultimate ability — one of several buffs on allies. During the ultimate, Largo himself is disarmed and uses one of three buff songs:
- Increased magical damage for allies;
- Buff for additional speed for allies;
- Healing for an ally.
Added the Collector's Stash, which includes 16 new hero sets, including for the Kid, Centaur Warlord, Enchanter, and others.
The game's map landscape has also been changed. Most of the update involves the visual component of the map and the relocation of the Temples of Wisdom.
